  • Made-to-order / limited stock products: Ship within 5–7 working days

Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Damaged or Tampered Package

If you receive a damaged or tampered package:

  • Do not accept the parcel if it appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery,
    OR
  • Record a clear video while opening the package and take clear photos as proof.
